Remarks:
‘Several thousand churches of all denominations’ were contacted, so the response rate was very low. The sample is known to be skewed towards medium-sized churches and may be unrepresentative in other ways. These factors could affect the scaling-up of the returns to the national level, which is a feature of the published report.
